CityCell centres to provide Huawei handset servicing

CityCell signed an agreement with Huawei Technologies Limited for servicing of Huawei handsets.
CityCell Chief of Customer Care Md Tarikul Hasan and Huawei Technologies Service Manager Tu Peng Bear signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations recently.
Under the agreement, CityCell customers will now be able to repair or replace their Huawei handsets not only from Huawei Handset Service centres, ie, Discovery Communications Limited and Mobile Care, but also from any CityCell Customer Care Centre and Customer Care Point throughout the country.
Discovery Communications Limited Managing Director Fazlul Karim, Mobile Care Executive Director Dilip E Rozario, Huawei Technologies Limited Product Manager Shahriar Zoha, CityCell Deputy General Manager (Front Office Operations) Saiful Amin and CityCell Manager (Workshop) Abu Bakar Siddique were also present at the signing ceremony.
