Citycell inks deal with City Bank

Citycell recently signed an agreement with the City Bank as a FlexiBuy partner. Under this agreement, American Express Credit Card members will enjoy 0% interest installment plan up to 12 months for purchasing Citycell EYETRACK Package. City Bank is the sole merchant acquirer and issuer of American Express Cards in Bangladesh, said a company statement. The signing ceremony was held at Citycell Head Office, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Mr. David Lee, Chief Operating Officer of Citycell and Mr. Mashrur Arefin, DMD & COO of City Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Citycell EYETRACK is a location based vehicle tracking service that allows any individual or corporate house to locate their vehicles with the help of Global Positioning System (GPS). It ensures better security of vehicles against theft and vandalism in major metro areas. With this service, it is also possible to switch off the car engine from a remote location through SMS. Mr. Majharul Islam, Head of Cards (Acting), Ms. Novera Ayesha Zaman, AVP and Senior Manager, Product Development (Cards) of the City Bank and Mr. Kafil H.S. Muyeed, Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Mahboob Hossain, Chief Sales and Distribution Officer, Mr. Naveed Ahmed Choudhury, Manager, Mr. Zahadul Arafin, Manager, VAS and Innovations of Citycell with the other officials of both the organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.
