CityCell stands beside flood victims

Employees of CityCell contributed a day's salary of its employees to the Chief Adviser's Relief Fund for flood relief programmes, said a press release.
Among several relief initiatives undertaken by the company, a cheque worth Tk. 1 million (10 lakh) was donated to the Chief Adviser's Relief Fund to support flood victims of the country.
Chief Financial Officer of CityCell Michael Seymour handed over the cheque to Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed in the city recently.
CityCell also distributed relief materials including rice, potato, cooking oil, salt, saline etc. in cooperation with Bangladesh Army to 250 flood affected families at Nandipara, Dhaka, in Kulkandi and Parthashi unions in Islampur, Jamalpur.
Relief goods were handed over to the Army camp at Bhanga, Faridpur to be distributed among flood victims in the area.
Additionally, a service campaign was launched whereby CityCell customers could donate Tk. 10 by calling or sending SMS to 1010.
As a responsible corporate entity, CityCell remains committed to extending a helping hand to the distressed people of the community.
