CJ calls for quick disposal of pending cases

RAJSHAHI, Oct 15 (BSS): Chief Justice Mozammel Hossain asked Wednesday all the lower court judges and others concerned in Rajshahi to put in their best efforts for quick disposal of the old pending cases for welfare of the litigants.
He viewed that close coordination between the bar and benches is very important for lessening pressure of the pending cases. "We will attain the cherished goal through collective efforts," he hoped.
The Chief Justice made this observation while inspecting the judicial activities of Rajshahi Judges Courts. On the occasion, he launched digitalised method in overall activities of judiciary.
He said the judges, lawyers, law-enforcing agencies and others involved in the judiciary are the key-players for quick disposal of the pending cases that could be the effective means of cutting the sufferings of the litigants coming from various far-flung areas.
