Clashes leave 10 injured

A series of clashes between two rival groups leaft least 10 persons injured many of them crictically, at Birgaon village at Roypura Upazila of Narsingdi on Tuesday afternoon. The clash originated between the two groups to establish dominance at the village. The clashes started around 12noon and continued till 4:00pm. During the clash 15 houses were ransacked. Being informed, police from Narsingdi and Roypura police stations rushed in and controlled the situation after firing 24 rounds of blank shot. The injured were rushed to a local hospital, according to a news agency.
