Clients urged to expand businesses thru' Pubali Bank services

All clients of the Pubali Bank Limited (PBL) have been urged to expand their businesses through the services of the bank.
PBL board of directors' Chairman Hafiz Ahmed Majumder urged the clients while speaking at a party organised by the bank in Sylhet recently in honour of the elite of the city and distinguished business persons.
PBL directors Giasuddin Ahmed and Monzurur Rahman, Managing Director Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, Metropolitan University Vice Chancellor Kabir Chowdhury, ex-president of Sylhet Chamber of Commerce Faruk Ahmed Mishbah and Sunamganj Chamber of Commerce Vice President Mojammel Haque spoke on the occasion.
PBL directors Moniruddin Ahmed, Sheikh Wahidur Rahman, Ahmed Shafi Chowdhury, Fahim Ahmed Faruk Chowdhury, M Faizur Rahman, Alternative Director Kabiruzzaman Yakub, Bangladesh Bank Deputy General Manager (Sylhet Region) Abdul Majid Khan and executives of the bank attended the function.
The bank organised the function for its business expansion.
Referring to the bank's skilled management, deposit and sufficient foreign exchange reserve, he said the bank could offer good foreign remittance business to its clients.
He urged all to route their business through the bank.
In this connection he also said the board meeting held in Sylhet was attended by all directors. Some credit proposals were approved on the spot, he added.
The aim of the bank is to provide best and innovative banking services and it gives priority to providing opportunity and advantage to the customers through application of modern technologies, the PBL managing director said.
Bangladeshi expatriates can remit their money through the bank swiftly and safely, he said.
He urged all clients of the bank in the region to take this opportunity.
The PBL always abides by the rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies, he said further.
All branches are computerised and swift banking system has been enforced in all important branches, he added.
PBL General Manager (Sylhet Region) Abdul Karim Chowdhury delivered the address of welcome in the function.
