CMC Kamal EGM approves rights

CMC Kamal Textile Mills Limited raised its authorised capital from 500 million to 2.0 billion and unanimously approved 2R:1 rights ordinary shares Tk 10.00 each at a premium Tk 7.50 totaling Tk 17.50 each.
The approval was given at the 2nd extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) of CMC Kamal Textile Mills Limited at a city hotel Friday.
Managing Director of the company Kashmiri Kamal presided over the EGM, according to a press release.
Also present on the occasion were CMC Kamal Textile directors Golam Sarwar and Nafeesa Kamal and ED Dr Golam Nabi.
