Co-op among wings, divs, depts in IBBL urged to expedite growth

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) held a coordination meeting of different wings of the bank in the city recently.
IBBL Executive President M Fariduddin Ahmad presided over the meeting.
The executive president of IBBL, in his speech, stressed coordination and cooperation among different wings, divisions and departments of the bank to accelerate work and ensure quick disposal of decisions for progress.
He called upon officials to acquire knowledge about latest development of global economic condition to face the challenges of new millennium and to establish a new-generation banking based on Islamic Shari'ah.
The relationship between customers and the bank will not be only customary, they are also the business partners of the bank, he added.
The meeting was attended, among others, by deputy executive presidents of the bank Mohammad Abdul Mannan and Md Habibur Rahman and top executives of different wings, divisions and departments.
