Coast Guards seize timbers in Bagerhat

BAGERHAT, August 24 (UNB): Coast Guard members seized 'Sundari' timber worth about Tk 0.15 million (1.5 lakh) from Poshur River in Mongla here Wednesday.
Acting on secret information, the Coast Guard members recovered the 147 cubic feet timber kept under river water.
None was arrested in this connection.
