College student killed in road crash

A college student was killed in a road accident in Sadar upazila in Bagerhat district on Tuesday afternoon. The deceased was identified as Ritu Khatun, 17, a 2nd-year student of Khulna Pioneer College and daughter of Nipun Fakir of Sugandhi village in Bagerhat Sadar upazila. Police said the accident occurred when Rita’s scurf got stuck in a wheel of an easy bike. She died on the spot, according to BSS.
