COMMUNITY BANK BANGLADESH HOLDS 75TH BOARD MEETING
The 75th Board Meeting of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at the Police Headquarters on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by Md. Ali Hossain Fakir, Inspector General of Police and Chairman of the bank. During the meeting, the audited financial statements of the bank for the year 2025 were approved and the Board also recommended cash dividend. Kamrul Ahsan, Deputy Inspector General (Confidential); Muntashirul Islam, Additional DIG (Highway Police); Ahmad Muyeed, BPM (Sheba), Additional DIG, Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust; Kamrul Hasan Talukdar, Inspector; Dr. Md. Morshed Hasan Khan, Independent Director; Syed Rafiqul Haq, Independent Director; Mohammed Tofazzul Hussain, Independent Director; and Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge), Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, attended the meeting.
