Community Bank holds its 5th Annual General Meeting

The 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at the Police Headquarters in Dhaka on Wednesday. Inspector General of Police, and Chairman of Community Bank, Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, presided over the meeting. Md Kamrul Ahsan, Additional IG, Admin, Bangladesh Police, M. Khurshid Hossain, Director General, Rapid Action Battalion, Masihul Huq Chowdhury, the bank's Managing Director & CEO, and Saiful Alam, Company Secretary, were present at the event with other dignitaries. The meeting approved 10.40 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.
