Complaint centre opens for consumers

The government has set up 'National Consumer Complaint Centre' (NCCC) at the TCB Bhaban of the city's Karwan Bazar to receive complaints from consumers and solve the same in cooperation with ministries/divisions/departments/corporations concerned. A deputy director and two assistant directors will discharge duties of the NCCC under the director general of the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection at the 9th floor of the TCB Bhaban at 1 Karwan Bazar, said a handout. — BSS
