Confirmation of shares sale

NCC Bank: Aslam-ul-Karim and Tofazzal Hossain, both are sponsors of NCC Bank, have stated that they have completed their sale of 1,20,000 and 2,00,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
