Construction of new building for Gopalganj Sadar Police nears end

GOPALGANJ, Feb 18: Construction of a four-storied building of the Gopalganj Sadar Police Station will be completed soon as 99 per cent work have already been finished.
According to the officials of the Public Works Department (PWD), Gopalganj, in April 17, 2014 Rupali Construction, a construction company, took responsibilities to implement the project at a cost of Tk 59 million under the supervision of the department.
Amit Kumar Biswas, executive engineer, PWD, Gopalganj, said, "We expect to inaugurate the new building by March."
Md Selim Reza, OC of Gopalganj Sadar Police Station, said "After inaugurating the new building we would be able to conduct our full-fledged official work. It will be easy for us to provide a good service to the locals."
