CHATTOGRAM, Apr 08: The construction work of the Chattogram Newspaper Hawkers' Housing Complex-1 was inaugurated on Thursday.
General Secretary of Chattogram City Awami League and former Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation Alhaj A J M Nasir Uddin was present at the inaugural function as chief guest. He inaugurated the construction work of the Chattogram Newspaper Hawkers Housing Complex at Dewan Bazar in the port city.
General Secretary of Chattogram Newspaper Hawkers' Housing Cooperative Society Najrul Islam Liton chaired the function, Among others, journalist Helaluddin Chowdhury, newspaper hawkers leaders Mohammed Yousuf, Daudul Islam, Oli Ahamed, Arun Kumar Sen, Nurur Rahman, Abu Taher, Osman Goni Tipu, Manik Chandra Nath addressed the function.
