Construction work on Tk 293m flyover at Budhpara opens in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, Nov 09: The construction works of Tk 293 million flyover on the railway crossing at Budhpara of the city has been inaugurated.
The works on construction of two girders connecting the flyover at Mohonpur point was inaugurated by Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation AHM Khairuzzaman Liton on Tuesday afternoon.
After the inauguration of the works, RCC Mayor Liton visited the project site and watched the quality and progress of the works. He ordered completion of construction works of the fly-over by the end of this year.
Sources informed the flyover will be opened for transport movement on December 30.
During the visit the Mayor was accompanied by Chief Executive Officer of RCC Shaogatul Alam, Chief Engineer Ashraful Haque, Executive Engineer (Planning) Golam Morshed, representative of construction company Diennco's Managing Director Khorshed Alam, among others.
