Consultancy agreement for construction of Bank Asia's

Bank Asia, Enterprise Asia and Vistaara Architects (Pvt.) Limited signed an agreement Thursday under which Vistara was appointed as architect consultant for construction of the proposed Bank Asia building at Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
Mr. Anisur Rahman Sinha, Chairman, Mr. Anwarul Amin, Vice Chairman, and Mr. AM Nurul Islam, Vice Chairman of Bank Asia, and Mr. A. Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman, Mr. Arifur Rahman Sinha, Vice Chairman and Mr. Mohd. Safwan Chowdhury, Vice Chairman of Enterprise Asia were present on the occasion.
Prof. Shamsul Wares, who will work as in-house consultant for the project, attended the signing ceremony. constructs its own multi-storied building complex with 3 basement floor jointly with Enterprise Asia in the city's Kawran Bazar area from next July 2009. An agreement to this effect was signed between Vistaara Architects (Pvt.) Limited, a construction farm, and both Bank Asia and Enterprise Asia at the Bank's Scotia Branch on Thursday.
Mr. Erfanuddin Ahmed, President & Managing Director of Bank Asia and Mr. Jahir Uddin, Managing Director of Enterprise Asia, inked the agreement on behalf of owners side while Khan Md. Mustapha Khalid, Managing Director of Vistaara Architects (Pvt.) Limited on behalf of the construction firm side. Professor Shamsul Wares, Project Coordinator of the building complex was present at the signing ceremony.
It may be mentioned that Bank Asia purchased 37.32 decimal land and Enterprise Asia 53.20 decimals land at 32 & 34 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, on which the building will be constructed.
