Consumers’ complaints: Public hearing every Monday

The public hearing on consumers’ complaints will be held at the National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate in Dhaka every Monday. The Director General of the department will hear the complaints from 10am to 11am every Monday, said a handout. Consumers can lodge their complaints about any product verbally or in written at the department’s conference room at TCB Bhaban (level-8) in Karwan Bazar in the capital, according to a news agency.
