Continental Ins board recommends 7.5pc cash dividend

The board of directors of Continental Insurance Limited has recommended 7.5pc cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on December 31, 2007, said a press release.
Continental Insurance Limited Vice Chairman Mohammed Iqbal presided over the meeting.
The 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on October 12, 2008.
Continental Insurance Limited directors, Managing Director Md Hashmat Ali and Company Secretary M Qamrul Munir were present in the board meeting that recommended the dividend.
