Continuous political unrest

Wednesday, 14 January 2015

The current political unrest has not only thrust the common people into an extreme situation of insecurity, but is also creating an alarming situation of deteriorating law and order situation. The law enforcing agencies are busy thwarting the political movement and they do not have the time to think about  the common people. The common people want to live in peace and security but unfortunately the ruling party leaders have no time to look after them. If the ruling party wants to bring peace, it will have to go for a dialogue with the opposition.
Already continued blockade has severely disrupted our day-to-day life.  Export-oriented garments are incurring heavy losses as they are unable to export their goods on time. The foreign buyers are reluctant to place new order to our country as they cannot depend on us because of the volatile political situation. I hope the common people and the civil society will come forward and put pressure on the ruling and the opposition parties so they are compelled to come to an understanding and start a dialogue to end the political stalemate immediately.
