Grameen MF One: The shares of Grameen Mutual Fund One will be traded in the spot market from October 1 to October 3, 2007.
Popular Life Ins: The shares of Popular Life Insurance Company Limited will be traded in the spot market from October 1 to October 3, 2007.
Company's net profit
Trust Bank: Trust Bank Limited earned a net profit of Tk 123.20 million in the half-yearly unaudited accounts for the period that ended on June 30, 2007. The earning per share (EPS) of the company stood at Tk 35.20.
Purchase/sale of director's shares
Summit Power: Summit Industrial and Mercantile Corporation (Pvt.) Limited, one of the sponsors of Summit Power Limited, has stated its willingness to sell 250,000 shares out of its holdings of 5,277,604 shares of the company at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
Southeast Bank: Syed Shahid Ali and Mohammad Abu Tayub, both sponsors of Southeast Bank Limited, have separately stated their willingness to sell 30,000 and 50,000 shares out of their holdings of 109,164 and 449,762 shares respectively of the bank at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
