Pioneer Ins: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the rights offer of Pioneer Insurance Company Ltd for 375,000 ordinary shares of Tk 100 each at an issue price of Tk 400 per share (including a premium of Tk 300 each) totaling Tk 150,000,000 only at a ratio of 1R:5 (one rights share for five existing shares). The approval has been accorded subject to the condition that the company shall comply with the requirements embodied in the Securities and Exchange Commission (rights issue) Rules, 2006 and other relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and shall also adhere to the conditions imposed by SEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
Janata Ins: The SEC has approved the rights offer of Janata Insurance Company Ltd for 1,626,240 ordinary shares of Tk 100 each at an issue price of Tk 200 per share (including a premium of Tk 100 each) totaling Tk 325,248,000 only at a ratio of 2R:1 (two rights shares for one existing share). The approval has been accorded subject to the condition that the company shall comply with the requirements embodied in the Securities and Exchange Commission (rights issue) Rules, 2006 and other relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and shall also adhere to the conditions imposed by SEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
Sinobangla Industries: The SEC has approved the rights offer of Sinobangla Industries Ltd for 9,998,300 ordinary shares of Tk 10 each at an issue price of Tk 20 per share (including a premium of Tk 10 each) totaling Tk 199,966,000 only at a ratio of 1R:1 (one rights share for one existing share). The approval has been accorded subject to the condition that the company shall comply with the requirements embodied in the Securities and Exchange Commission (rights issue) Rules, 2006 and other relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and shall also adhere to the conditions imposed by SEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
