Counter programme if movement obstructed:Khaleda

Assuring of a post-Eid peaceful movement, BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Wednesday warned that they will come up with a counter reply if the government tries to block their protest programme. Addressing an Iftar party, she also said a fresh convening committee of her party’s Dhaka City unit will be declared very soon in a bid to intensify the movement. The Dhaka City BNP unit arranged the Iftar party on the premises of parliament’s LD Hall, according to a news agency.
