Counterfeit factory unearthed

KERANIGANJ, June 24 (UNB): The police unearthed a counterfeit factory and seized 20 cartons of glucose, Tang and Rosona worth Tk 1.0 million in Rasulpur area here Sunday.
They also seized 20 machines used for making fake food items.
Acting on secret information police raided the house of Jahiruddin and seized the food items from the fake factory.
They arrested house owner Jahiruddin and his business partner Faruq in this connection. A case was filed.
