Country mourns Saudi king\\\'s demise

The country is observing mourning day today to pay homage at the demise of Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, who died on Friday, reports BSS.
The national flag was flying at half-mast at all offices of the government, semi-government and autonomous bodies during the period.
Special prayers were also arraigned for the King.
"The national flags are flying at half-mast at all government and private buildings including government, semi-government and autonomous offices, educational institutions and Bangladesh missions abroad during the state mourning," an official handout said. President M Abdul Hamid left for Saudi Arabia on Saturday to offer state condolences.
King Abdullah, believed to be around 90 years old, died at 1:00 am Saudi time (2200 GMT) on Friday.
