Country sees record power generation at 7,571 MW

The country experienced a record power generation of 7,571 megawatts (MW) at about 9pm on Wednesday, a press release of the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) said on Thursday. The BPDB had recorded the earlier highest power generation of 7,418 MW on July 18 last year that was surpassed by 7,437 MW on April 11 last. — BSS
