Couple killed in road accident

RANGPUR, Dec 13 (BSS): A young couple was killed in a fatal road accident at Durgapur Bazar on Milanpur Feeder Road under Mithapukur Upazila.
The dead were identified as Shadhan Mia (28), of village Durgapur in Milanpur union and his wife Selina Begum (22).
The accident occurred when a sugarcane-laden lorry of Shyampur Sugar Mills hit a motorcycle carrying the couple amid dense foggy weather at the point, killing both of them on the spot.
The couple got married about one and a half years ago and they were on their way to the house of Selina's father.
