Court attaches flats, plots of ex-MP Mrinal, wife

A Dhaka court has ordered to attach two plots, two flats and a luxury vehicle and to freeze 38 bank accounts of former MP Mrinal Kanti Das and his wife Nilima Das over graft allegations, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order on Wednesday, allowing separate petitions filed by Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
Of the properties, which are to be attached are- one flat in Dhanmandi, one plot in Purbachol, one luxury vehicle under the name of Mrinal, while one plot and one flat in Mohammadpur area were under the name of his wife Nilima.
