Court rejects bail plea of Sanjay Chisim

A Dhaka court has dismissed the bail petition of Sanjay Chisim who was accused of assisting prime suspect Foysal Karim Masud and his accomplice Alamgir Hossain in fleeing to India following the murder of Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi, reports BSS.
Judge Md Sabbir Faiz of the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court passed the order on Wednesday after hearing arguments on the bail plea.
According to the case statement, Foysal Karim Masud and Alamgir Hossain opened fire on Hadi while he was travelling in a battery-run auto-rickshaw on December 12, 2025, and later fled the scene.
Inqilab Moncho Member Secretary Abdullah Al Zaber filed the case with Paltan Model Police Station on December 14.
