Covid deaths nil, 21 new cases

Bangladesh reported zero death from Covid-19 and 21 new virus cases on Friday, according to official data.
The figures were zero and 45 respectively on Thursday.
With the latest daily count, the total fatalities from coronavirus reached 29,127 since the virus was detected first in the country in March 2020.
A total of 3,921 samples were tested against 3,916 collected across the country during the last 24 hours until 8:00 am on the day.
Some 373 people recovered from the coronavirus disease in the country during the past 24-hour reporting time.
The rate of recovery from the Covid-19 disease was reported at 96.94 per cent on the day.
On the other hand, the fatality rate also remained static at 1.49 per cent.
Official data shows the total Covid-19 cases have exceeded 1.95 million in Bangladesh and more than 1.89 million of them have so far cured from the deadly disease.
On the other hand, more than 13.95-million samples have so far been tested across the country.
