CPA member captain Mahbubur promoted as Commodore

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 03: Captain M Mahbubur Rahman, member (Engineering) of Chittagong Port Authority (CPA), has been promoted to Commodore rank. The promotion was made on September 01.
CPA sources said, Mr Rahman joined the Bangladesh Navy as a cadet on January 10, 1993, and achieved commission in the engineering branch. He also obtained bachelor's degree from the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET).
In his about three-decade-long career, he performed duties in many ships of the Navy.
