The fifth annual general meeting (AGM) of Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) was held the in the city recently, said a press release.
CRAB Chairman M Syeduzzaman presided over the meeting..
The members were informed that the company continued to perform well in 2008 and held brighter prospect for the coming years, added the release.
Shareholders at the AGM adopted the company's audited financial statements.
The AGM also approved 10 per cent stock dividend as recommended by the board of directors for its shareholders for the year 2008.
