Crystal Insurance Company Ltd held the 7th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company in the city recently.
The AGM was presided over by Chairman of the company Abdullah Al-Mahmud. Managing director, directors and shareholders of the company were present, among others, on the occasion.
The meeting approved the directors' report and audited accounts of the company for the year that ended on December 31, 2006. It also approved appointment of auditors for 2007.
The meeting reviewed the performance of the company in 2006 and also expressed satisfaction over its performance.
