CRYSTAL INSURANCE HOLDS 24TH AGM

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held in hybrid mode on Sunday. Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting held at Trust Milonayaton in Dhaka. The meeting approved the audited financial statements and the Directors' Report for the year 2023. The meeting also approved 10 per cent stock dividend and 7 per cent cash dividend for 2023. The appointments of the External Auditor and Compliance Auditor for the year 2024 were also approved.
