CSE gets CRO

The Board of Directors of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. in its 6th meeting held recently approved the appointment of Mr. Ahmad Dawood, FCA and FCMA as Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) of the bourse. The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission also approved the appointment under the provisions of the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (Board and Administration) Regulations 2013. Before joining the new post, he served more than 6 years in CSE in different key positions and also served 6 years in KPMG, according to a statement.
