CSID organises sports programme for disabled children

A daylong annual sports programme with the participation of disabled children was held at Sheikh Russell Club Play Ground at Tejgaon Rail Colony in the city Tuesday, reports UNB.
Rabiul Hasan, Director of Centre for Services and Information and Disability (CSID), inaugurated the programme.
A total of 70 disabled children of three inclusive pre-primary schools in the city took part in the pogramme organized by CSID.
CSID, an NGO working for establishing the rights of disabled children since 1997, with assistance from ActionAid organized it for encouraging the disabled children to participate in sports programmes.
