Ctg festival, mezban in city today

The tradtioal 'Chittaong Festival and Annual Mezban', organized by Chittagong Samity-Dhaka, will be held today (Saturday) at the Parliament Members Club in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar of the capital, reports UNB.
Ministers, MPs, secretaries, politicians, businessmen, and high civil and military officials are expected to attend the function, to be chaired by acting President of the Samity Mohammad Abdul Karim.
Five celebrated personalities hailing from Chittagong will be awarded on the occasion for their contributions in respective fields.
Apart from traditional Mezban, discussion meeting and a grand cultural programme will also feature the function.
