Ctg Jubo Dal leader expelled over extortion

CHATTOGRAM, July 12: The central committee of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal has expelled Emdadul Hoque Badsha, former organising secretary of the now-defunct Chattogram city Jubo Dal committee, on allegations of extortion and land grabbing.
The decision was announced on Saturday (12 July) in a press release signed by Nurul Islam Sohel, office secretary of the Jubo Dal Central Executive Committee.
The press note stated that the expulsion came following an investigation and recommendation from a party-formed probe committee.
