Ctg train services resume

Train communications of the port city of Chittagong with the rest of the country resumed on Sunday afternoon, after six hours of suspension. Train services on Chittagong-Dhaka and Chittagong-Sylhet routes were suspended in the morning as a railway bridge subsided following the onrush of water from hills near Bhatiari Railway Station in Sitakunda upazila. Later, the rail link was restored around 5pm after the damaged bridge was repaired, he said, according to a news agency.
