CU announces sitting arrangement for 'Kha' unit admission test

CHITTAGONG, Nov 17 (BSS): The Chittagong University (CU) authorities have announced the sitting arrangements of Kha unit (Arts Faculty) admission test for honours first year for the academic session 2008-2009.
The test will be held at 10.30 am on November 19.
According to the arrangement, admission seekers bearing the Roll Nos: 1 to 3,201 will sit for examination at Dr Abdul Karim building (Arts Faculty) while those of from 3,202 to 3,281 will be accommodated at CUCSU building.
As per seat plan, candidates with Roll Nos: 3,282 to 5,211 at science faculty building, from 5,212 to 5,408 at institute of marine science and fisheries building, from 5,409 to 5,678 at CU IT building, from 5,679 to 9,306 at business administration faculty building, from 9,307 to 11,631 at Dr Mohammad Yunus building (Social science faculty), from 11,632 to 12,046 at institute of forestry and environmental science, from 12,047 to 12,552 at law faculty building, from 12,553 to 13,919 at CU School and College building, from 13,920 to 14,129 at WUS primary school, from 14,130 to 16,340 at Omar Gani M E S college in the city, from 16,341 to 17,770 at Enayet Bazar Women's College in the city.
Candidates bearing Roll Nos: 17,771 to 19,000 will be seated for admission test at Premier University building at Dampara in the city.
About 31 applicants will contest for each seat in the admission test of Kha unit totalling the number of admission seekers 19,000 as there are 622 seats in 6 departments under CU Arts faculty, CU sources said.
