CVO Petrochemical holds 39th AGM

CHATTOGRAM, Dec 11: The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CVO Petrochemical Refinery PLC was held virtually on Wednesday.
Chairman of the Company Shamsul Alam Shamim presided over the AGM. The AGM approved 10% dividend for the shareholders for 2023-2024.
Among others, Managing Director of CVO Petrochemical Refinery A H M Habib Ullah, Directors Md Ali Murtaja, Md Emranul Haque, Jobaida Khanom Shafi, Md Mohoshin Shaki, Nur E Habib Noman, Executive Director Ahamadul Haque Hasan, External Auditor Amirul Islam, Chief Accounts Officer Mohammed Abu Taleb spoke at the AGM. Company Secretary Khwaja Main Uddin Hossain moderated it.
The AGM also approved the audit report and took important decisions for the next year. Chairman of CVO Petrochemical Shamsul Alam Shamim highlighted the future plan of the company.
A large number of shareholders joined the AGM through virtual platform.
