Daffodil Computers approves 12pc stock dividend

Daffodil Computers, one of the fastest growing companies in IT industry of Bangladesh, has approved 12 per cent stock dividend for its shareholders for the financial year 2008-2009 at the 12th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
The AGM was held at Sobhanbagh in the city Thursday, according to a press release.
Shahana Khan, chairman of the company, presided over the AGM while Md Sabur Khan, its managing director placed the agenda.
Emran Hossain and MS Shekil Chowdhury, directors of the company, Md Monir Hossain, company sccretary, Sarwar Mahmood, company auditor, and a number of shareholders were present at the AGM.
