Daffodil Computers declares 10pc stock dividend

Daffodil Computers Limited, a leading computer company providing total IT solution in Bangladesh, approved 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2009-10 at its 13th annual general meeting (AGM) in the city Thursday.
Chairman of the company Shahana Khan presided over the meeting while Managing Director Md Sabur Khan placed the agenda, said a press release.
Director Emran Hossain, Company Secretary Md Monir Hossain and Chief of Accounts Department Jahir Uddin attended the AGM.
