DBBL holds workshop

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) organised a day-long workshop on "Marking to Market-based revaluation of Government Securities" for its concerned officials from the different divisions of the bank, says a press release.
Managing Director of the bank Md Yeasin Ali inaugurated the workshop at its training centre in the city Saturday.
The workshop aimed at familiarising the participants with the conceptual aspects of statutory reserve: overview of regulatory requirement, mark to market of treasury securities: review of related circulars and revaluation process of securities etc.
Additional Managing Director of the bank AHM Nazmul Quadir spoke on the occasion. Among others, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the bank Khan TariquI Islam and Vice President and Head of International Division (Treasury Back Office) Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury were present on the workshop.
