DBBL opens 61st branch at Saidpur

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) opened its 61st branch at Saidpur under Nilphamari district recently with on-line banking facilities to the clients from the very beginning, said a press release.
DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali inaugurated the branch.
He also opened an ATM booth on the branch premises to facilitate day-night 24-hour banking services by drawing money through the bank's Nexus debit card.
He said since its inception, DBBL extended financial support to businessmen and industrialists to develop industry and the socio-economic structure for the economic growth of the country.
"The bank always tries to provide innovative and latest technology-based banking services to its clientele and we are giving emphasis on financing the small and medium sectors of the rural economy," he added.
He categorically said the bank has been giving priority to delivering the remittances very carefully and efficiently to the beneficiaries of the Bangladeshi expatriates living-abroad within a very short time.
Local elite, business personalities, bankers, educationists and journalists were present in the inaugural ceremony.
