DBBL opens 62nd branch in Rangpur

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) opened its 62nd branch at Nababganj Bazar in Rangpur recently, said a press release.
DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali inaugurated the branch with on-line banking facilities from the very beginning.
The DBBL managing director also opened an ATM booth of the bank on the branch premises to facilitate 24 hours banking services like drawing money through its Nexus Debit Card.
He said that since its inception, the bank extended financial support to the businessmen and industrialists to develop the industry, socio-economic structure as well as for the betterment of economic growth of the country.
The DBBL always tries to provide innovative and latest technology-based banking services to its clientele and the bank is giving emphasis for financing the small and medium enterprises of the country's rural economy, he added.
He categorically mentioned that the bank has been giving priority to deliver the remittances carefully and efficiently to the beneficiaries of the expatriates living aboard within a very short-time.
Local elite, business personalities, bankers, educationists and journalists were present in the inaugural ceremony.
While exchanging views, the distinguished guests opined that the bank is not only rendering present-day banking services but also it spends a significant portions of its annual profit for the welfare of distressed and under-privileged people of the country.
