DBBL opens 64th branch in city

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited has opened its 64th branch at Mirpur Circle-10 (231, Senpara Parbata) in the city.
In this connection, an inaugural function was organised on the branch premises. Managing Director of the bank Md. Yeasin Ali inaugurated the branch recently, said a press release.
Local elite, business personalities, bankers, educationists and the local journalists were present at the inaugural ceremony.
Like other branches, the newly inaugurated branch also providing on-line banking facilities to its clients from the opening day.
The managing director also opened an ATM booth on the branch premises to facilitate 24 hours banking services like drawing money through DBBL Nexus Debit Card.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ali said that since its inception, the DBBL extended financial support to the businessmen and industrialists to develop socio-economic structure as well as for economic growth of the country.
The bank always tries to provide innovative and latest technology-based banking services to its clientele and we are giving emphasise on financing the small and medium enterprises of the rural economy, he added.
Mr Ali also said the bank gives priority to deliver the remittances very carefully and efficiently to the beneficiaries of the expatriates living aboard within a very shortest possible time.
