DBBL opens 85th SME/Agriculture branch at Dohar

With a view to providing on line banking facilities to the clients, Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) opened the 85th SME/Agriculture branch of the bank at Meghula Bazar (Morol Market), Dohar in Dhaka district Monday, according to a press release.
Managing Director of the bank Md Yeasin Ali formally inaugurated the branch as the chief guest while its Deputy Managing Director Md Mosaddiqur Rahman was present on the occasion.
Mr Ali said DBBL has the largest on line banking network in the country and the bank has invested vast amount of money to expand the banking network all over the country.
The bank is giving emphasis on financing the small and medium sectors of the rural economy and priority to deliver the remittance to its beneficiaries very carefully and efficiently.
Local business personalities, bankers and elite persons attended the inaugural ceremony and Milad Mahfil and lauded the role of philanthropic activities carried out by the bank.
People from all walks of life visited the new branch throughout the day and showed their spontaneous enthusiasm by opening account with DBBL.
