DBBL scholarship distributed among 5,050 students

Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd awarded scholarship to 5,050 students as the 9th phase who passed S.S.C/ equivalent examination in 2014 Saturday. Abul Maal Abdul Muhith, MP, Minister for Finance was present as the Chief Guest and handed over the Scholarship Awarding Letters to the recipients at a ceremony held at Shaheed Shohrawardi Indoor Stadium, Mirpur in the city while Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Anisul Huq, MP, and Mr. Gerben de Jong, the Ambassador of Kingdom of the Netherlands to Bangladesh were present as Special Guests. Sayem Ahmed, Chairman, Board of Directors of Dutch-Bangla Bank presided over the function. K.S. Tabrez, Managing Director of the bank was also present at the function, according to a statement.
